Return-to-Work Case Management

Structured recover-at-work and return-to-work programs with the same employer or a new employer. Every plan is built on SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound), suitable duties planning and regular case conferencing, so progress is visible and durable.

Workers compensation return-to-work plans are coordinated with the insurer, the employer and the treating team, with the worker's background, culture and personal circumstances shaping how each service is delivered. There is no one-size-fits-all program here.

Assessments & Evaluations

Independent, defensible assessments that give insurers, employers and treating practitioners a clear picture of capacity and options.

Functional capacity evaluations measure what a worker can physically do: lifting, carrying, standing, sitting and sustained work tolerance. Vocational and transferable skills assessments map where that capacity can be applied. Initial, workplace, desktop and activities-of-daily-living assessments complete the picture from the job site to the home.

Task analysis grounds the conversation in what the job actually requires, and medical case conferences turn discussion into a plan all parties can sign up to.
